I approached the Ethical Supermarket Guide at the Sustainable Living Festival in 2008, offering to help revamp the existing web site. After producing an analysis of the current site and conducting user testing and card sorting exercises with target markets, I put forward a proposal for restructuring the site. The Guide’s own web team conducted the restructure itself. In addition, I have proof-read and edited the printed version of the Guide for the last few years and provided consultation services on media strategy and distribution.
